5 TNA Wrestlers WWE Surely Will Go After
The WWE/TNA partnership has been beneficial for both parties. WWE has been able to give some of their NXT talents something meaningful to be apart of. While TNA has been increasing their brand and roster awareness, and their talent is becoming more well known amongst the casuals.
Under a new regime, they have been more open to partnerships. One thing about WWE is though, is they are the Microsoft of the wrestling world. Always ready to gobble up some competition While I hope acquiring TNA is not in their long game of plans, they surely will sign some of their roster members when the opportunity arises.
They signed Jordynne Grace earlier this year. And rumors persist Joe Hendry and Mike Santana are next. So here are 5 additional members of TNA's roster, I think they would sign soon as they become free agents.
Dani Luna
Dani Luna was under the WWE umbrella once before. Wrestling for NXT UK from 2019 to 2022, just before the entity was shut down. She has made a name for herself while in TNA as a reliable member of the roster. She has a tough style for her stature and is a bit of a firecracker personality wise.
At just 26 years old, she would be a good fit for a return to the WWE world. Helping to rebuild their women's roster on NXT and making a impact, before hopefully being moved to the main roster and being given a serious opportunity.
Jake Something
I'm kind of shocked Jake Something hasn't been in WWE, especially when Vince McMahon was running ship. He has attributes the WWE loves, 6'2 and over 250 pounds, he's big and muscular with a larger than life presence. He also displays raw power during his matches.
He also shows flashes of agility for a man his size. And he can work with fellow big men and smaller opponents. He'll be 36 years old this year, which is no longer a deal breaker. Depending on how old he is when his contract is up, he could be a solid resident monster for the NXT brand.
Leon Slater
Masha Slamovich
She doesn't get enough credit for it, but Masha Slamovich has definitely helped rebuild and rejuvenate the TNA Knockouts divison. She can brawl, she can wrestle a technical style, not afraid to wrestle a hardcore match. She is versatile in the ring and can make just about any opponent look good.
She's 27 years old so she has so much upside. And I see WWE already keeping a close eye on her to strike a deal at the right time.
Moose
Moose is a far different and superior wrestler today than he was back in 2016 when he joined TNA. He still doesnt get credit but he has put that work in to become a cornerstone of the promotion. Leading The System and currently holding the X-Divison championship, which shows he's willing to step outside his style.
At 6'5 and almost 300 pounds, he is aabsolutely what WWE desires. Now at 41 years old and recently signing a long term deal with TNA, I'm not sure if the opportunity realistically will come about. If it does though, WWE surely will give him a big payday for a final run.
