July Random Rants

July is over and Summer is cruising on by. I definitely dont remember Summer flying by so fast when I was younger.

To be honest I havent watched too much wrestling this month, as my wife and I have  been getting ready for the arrival of our second bundle of joy.

So with that here are some very very quick hit random rants.

Glad to see Scorpio Sky return to AEW. Now the question is, can he gain any momentum?

I enjoy the Hurt Syndicate. I appreciate Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley still performing at a such a high rate at their respective ages.

I think it's time though, Bobby Lashley hits the AEW world title scene.

I appreciate and respect Charlotte Flair for stepping outside her comfort zone, and trying to portray more than the queen role.

However she just always seems stiff and does not know how to relax. I hops as she gains more comfort rebuilding her persona, she displays more personality.

JoJo's surprise entrance for Swerve at All In Texas, singing Ain't Nobody was a pleasant surprise. She is missed.

It's a shame Adam Cole has to step away but its what's for best for him. Honestly it seems like his time at AEW has been hiccup after hiccup. I hope he can fully recover and make a triumphant return.

Ron Killings return seems to be a flop. WWE bought him back due to fan pressure, and its clear they had no intention of really doing anything with him.

Speaking of returns being flops, Rusev's return I think can officially be labeled a flop. He hasn't done anything of substance since his return after Mania.

AEW's residency at the Bank Byline Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. Comes across beautiful on TV. It's such a unique venue to have a wrestling event at and I love it.

AEW Worlds End will be in Chicago. Chicago is a great city and great wrestling town, but man AEW wears that market out. They have been careful of not oversaturating the fanbase there.

Cody goes on a interview with Bill Simmons and says he was disrespected in AEW and thats why he left. Mannnnn we need to know more.

That's all for me folks, until next time.
